Are sessions in person or online?
Though we prefer in-person sessions, we are able to complete some sessions online depending on the client and individual circumstances.
Are your services covered by OHIP or private insurance?
Our services are not covered by OHIP; however, many extended health policies cover part to all of our services. You would need to investigate this.
What is your cancellation policy?
Kindly make every effort to arrive on time for your session, as it has been reserved exclusively for you. Please note that sessions will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals. Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Please discuss any concerns or exceptional circumstances with us, as we try our best to accommodate our clients' needs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept e-transfer or cash and will inform you of the payment process during our initial meeting.
What age clients do you see?
Psychoeducational assessments are conducted with students from 6 years of age through adulthood. Developmental assessments are conducted with children from 2 years of age through adulthood.
How do I get to your clinic and is there parking?
We are located at 2 St. Clair West (the northwest corner of Yonge and St. Clair) on the 18th Floor. There is pay parking on St. Clair and there are two parking lots nearby — one on the south side of St. Clair and another one block north on Delisle Road.
